keep an eye on his breathing too. My son, who is now 5, had 103 temp when he was 2 for 3 days. We alternated the tylenol & motrin & he was not getting better. Long story short, he ended up in an induced coma for a month at Children's w/pnuemonia & fluid in the lungs. He was able to get better & is now fine but I always get worried when kids get sick w/high temps, esp. w/this H1N1 going around. God bless & I hope he makes a speedy recovery!!!!
