Yup, we all know about late doc’s, and reschedules, and cancellations, etc., especially at EOM. But….what if on all the assignments you accepted it doesn’t happen. What if all go as scheduled, and these borrowers, SS’s, Title Co’s, and Lenders are depending on you to be a professional and do your job as you agreed? Your behavior sure makes us all look good.
