Exactly....which is the message I tried to convey a few threads ago but got pummelled with you're "unprofessional", "a time waster", "deliberately letting BLATANT mistakes pass just to get the resign", etc. Just to reiterate: It's okay in CA for the NBS not to sign anything and not anything to even be brought to the TC's attention - in CA. We are a community property state.
