I have to give Gary credit for trying to do the right thing. The penalties for having done the wrong thing may or may not become a problem for the title company down the line. But it's their problem if you have kept something in writing to present to the judge, if it does.
If you have nothing in writing from the title company, ask them for it now. They seem just dim enough to send it to you. |
