| It's the most frustrating part of EOM. I had docs for my two middle signings yesterday, but not for the first & last. Unfortunately, the one that was originally set for 4:30 finally got done at 10:30. Not making excuses for them, but it goes with the territory. I try to keep it in perspective. The tc may have several hundreds of loans to get out as well as the lender. I can't imagine what it is like from their side of things. |
