rat's behind about being on time. I've had a 9am pushed to 8pm... incrementally. They have no consideration for their BO's & certainly not the notary's time. I ask for an ETA, but get vague aswers like 'soon', 'in a few minutes', etc. I've had 3-4 (NOT double-booked) cancel or BO's were unaware and/or unavailable. There is absolutely NO professionalism on the part of the TC's. When I worked on Wall Street (or ANYwhere else) yrs ago, we had DEADLINES that HAD to be met - the stock market closes at 4pm - promptly - NOT 4:05 or 6:30!

On Fridays, fugeddaboutit! Some TCs are ALWAYS HRS LATE (long Fri. lunches? Goofing off b/c the weekend is here?). Sometimes s*** happens - but come on!

I've had signings nicely spaced out, only to get bunched up b/c of Title. And they think nothing of expecting you to do a 9 am signing at 9 or 10 pm b/c they couldn't get their act together.

Onetime I accidentally confirmed an appt at 12 instead of 1 & even the BO thought it was at 12. He got tied up on a call for almost 1 hr. I called SS to say I had to leave for another appt & they were like: well Title says you have to go back (quite a drive) b/c it was your mistake. This co NEVER has docs on time & routinely drags their signings form am to pm. I got docs yesterday at 5:50 for a 6pm appt: No phone call (I called them several times), nuttin' honey. So hey - do what you gotta do as long as you work it out w/ the BO's (whom I ALWAYS keep posted - NOT Title - NOT the LO, who makes the big fat commission - lil' ol' me, who don't know nuttin')
