| It all started Friday. I was the 2nd person to come up on a wreck. Called 911 let them know. They go emergency responders on the way. I am off to my 3pm. I get to the house and he tells me to come back at 5:15 wife had an emergency at work. This was the 4 time this loan was booked with me. 1 time I had docs to sign. I go back to the office. On my way back I cant get on the freeway because there was another wreck. I have to zigzag back signing is 18 miles too the borrowers again. I go inside the home. I ask for Id and pull out the settlement statement. Husband looks at it says something about check his email because he was not told about the closing cost. He comes back say nope was not told that. I ask him to call his lender he said he already did call and they were not there. I call the SS they tell me to call the lender. While dialing the lender the husband come back into the room and tell me to PICK UP YOU STUFF AND LEAVE NOW, I did. So I call my daughter and tell her I can now make it to the High School Play. On the way I see another wreck. Monday goes fine. Tuesday my first signing I get to the borrowers home knock and nothing. I ring the bell nothing. I call nothing. I wait 15 minutes do it all over again...nothing. I call the SS for another phone number. While on the phone with them the garage door opens...This very old lady in her 80's walks out. She says she call and canceled the signing her husband is in the hospital. I do my next signing in the afternoon. Get a call for a mid evening signing. I have a great signing at 4pm. . Call my mid evening borrower tell her I am heading back to the office to print her loan up and I will call her when I have them printed and on my way. I get to the office and no email docs for her. I go to the web site and no docs for her. grrrrrrrr. I know they will call me if they come up again. I just would rather have them signed so they don't take up time for another signing. I do have some loans booked for friday and December. |
