As I've posted before, I put two stick pens (BIC, usually) of the appropriate color in the file folder for the specific signing.

Funny, nobody wants to keep the cheap pens. I'd never take a good pen to a signing unless I wanted to give it away as advertising (see my reply to HisHughness).
