Title companies do not like hear from notaries who complain about SS not paying. For one thing, it increases their cost of business and ratings. Find out if the SS has been paid for your work first. Then, complain (after your demand letter has been sent), if you're lucky (sic) you'll be sued like me, for telling the truth!
