| Nation calls me all the time, but I hardly answer because of the low fees and fax back. When I do answer, I'll wait until they have tried more then 6 times. One time I said yes to their closing. My fee would be $175. It was late and on a Friday, and they said they would need to get an approval and will call me back. I said, ok. They did call back and approve the $175 fee!!!! But I said that another Title company called me durring the time you were getting approval and scheduled me for another closing. I told Nations Direct sorry, but you had your chance when you had me on your phone, but another company agreed right away. So when you see that 800-969-7779 number, you know its Nations Direct. |
