| I've had occasion when I was told the loan canceled, and called the BO who said, "No, we were told (another notary) is coming out." That is very frustrating to me because it appears to me the contractor found someone who was willing to take a lesser fee AFTER they had contracted with me. Why can't they at least be honest about that? Depending upon my schedule, I may have been able to negotiate too. |
