Home Funds Direct - Good! I did one directly from them and was paid in about a week. I did one a couple of weeks ago through a signing service and obviously haven't been paid yet.
If it's directly through them - quote high! When I answered my phone I thought it was a new signing service and quoted accordingly - immeidiately I could tell by the surprise in her voice that I quoted too low. Good luck! |
