got payment today for a signing 11/10/2009.

check dated 11/27/2009

envelope dated 01/04/2010

check was from NREIS accounts payable account

envelope return address was "ERES"..Equity Real Estate Solutions..100 Beecham Dr.

Pittsburgh.....must be an NREIS subsidiary.
