| A couple of years ago Becca was nice enough to send me a copy of her letter that she uses for non-payment. I have used it many times, and every time, it works!!! Just today I received a check for a signing that was done 90 days ago! This company claims that they pay the notary when the title company pays them. Well phooey with that!! After many emails and phone calls, I just sent them a copy of Becca's letter, and voila!, the check was at my doorstop. Thank you Becca! |
