Notaries who take those $50 signings: SooBs (Soon out of business)
I have been pondering this thread today and the bottom line is that notaries don't care if you think they lowball or bottom feed as long as they think they are making money.
As you all know...a business cannot survive on a steady diet of these Mini-Moneys. Notaries will take 'em...and take 'em...and then one day that notary will be a no show because they will suddenly realize that
1) Watching Desperate Housewives;
2) Going to a kid's Little League game (not just your kid...any kind);
3) Seeing re-runs of That 70's Show....and finally...
4) Watching paint dry
is more interesting than a money losing proposition.
So I dub them: SooBs
