I'm not sure how to file yet, I've never actually had to do it. Can't imagine it's too difficult though. I found this in the signup package I have from them:
"In the event litigation is commenced to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable attorneys fees and costs."
Maybe I should hire an attorney just so it'll end up costing him a lot more  |
