Hi Nicole! No, she didn't even mention my cost. They always say it is too high. I don't think $75.00 signing and $35.00 e-doc is bad, but for them it is. The worst part is they will work their way down the list and someone will take it!

Your is Napa area right? My broker friend just moved there. Have you been busy signing? Sac area has been slow last 3 weeks! Seems like I was doing 2-4 a day.. then nothing!
