Whether or not it's a joke, it's important to note that ethical considerations should ban NSAs from this practice.
Yes...I get undercut and cancelled...but not very often. I have found that a company is willling to pay $250 to a rural town's title company before they will pay me $175 for the same thing.
Only so much is within my control...and, I don't dwell on it when it is not except to figure out how to make it work to may advantage.
