Same here, Renee--except that some are now meeting my fee some of the time and I'm going to areas where I haven't been since some competition popped up there, but I know is now gone. Hang in there & stick to your fees. (I don't have to tell you that, but want to offer some hope to those who are considering taking less to have some business--don't do it.)
