I'm getting calls from companies that I have worked for for years and the schedulers tell me that I am not in their system. Some of them I have completed sign up packages in the past, others I have not.
I had a call from FLEX (aka Richmond Title) today requesting my services and that I sign up with them. LOL I told her that I started accepting work from them back in '06 (when Richmond Title did the calling). LMAO, after she looked for my information, but stated she couldn't find it, all of a sudden, the signing required a Spanish speaking notary. On the last two jobs they stiffed me on part of my print fee and screwed me out of the closing on the other. No big loss for me.  |
