| I do the same, and I've never had a problem with them not paying the faxback fee. I do always check the fees up front, because they'll always try to sneak the $75 e-docs fee past me, and I always have to correct them. I also still occasionally get confirmations with the wrong amount. I just reply to the e-mail stating the fee amount is wrong, and they send me a new confirmation with the right amount. |
