I dropped 2 pkgs locally like I usually do on Friday and they were not logged into the UPS system. It was an authorized shipping location with a live person. I stopped to ask if they would go out and was told yes. These were hand written waybills. I was NOT asked for ID.

Checking my packages today at the UPS website they have not been registered. I'm in the process of tracking them down now.

If you dropped any in the last day or two using a hand written waybill you might want to double check they were shipped properly.
