Aside from closings, I also work for Home Depot. At the returns desk. When you buy something, use it and return it, the store loses money. They CAN"T sell it as new. This in turn drives up prices.

Look in consumer reports, ask around and get recommendations, and BUY what you plan to KEEP!!
