Congress has the right to see the unredacted report - every member of Congress has a top-secret clearance because they need it to do their job.
Sorry Mike, but a security clearance is very specific. Just because you have confidential, secret, top secret, or top secret-crypto does not give you access to all of the info. it is on a need to know basis.
I did have a secret clearance while in the Army for a specific reason, I was not allowed access to everything that was classified as secret.
It don't work that way.
