impeachment rules
Posted by Art_MD of MD on 1/17/20 6:26am Msg #73100

I have a few questions re: the impeachment trial.

I have had jury duty ( took 3 days) and some of the instructions from the judge were - don't discuss with fellow jurors during trial, don't talk to anyone re: the trial, avoid listening to TV discussions etc.

My questions:

1. Is the trial rules going to be the same, or similar to a federal criminal trial?
2. Are the jurors under the same rules I was under - no talk, discussion, or media?
3. If so, and a senator violates the rules, can he be thrown off the jury !!!!!

No, I'm right. You really should study some history... - MikeC/TX on 1/18/20 5:46pm
