I get that's its an evolving process with much negotiation but blaming any failure on bill passing sooner on the House Speaker for a Senate bill is absurd. Do you know McCarthy's gang held it up from passing earlier in the day yesterday?
GOP put forth the bill without DEM input, DEMS, of course, didn't like it. nothing new with that. they all had to give some and the bill was a whole lot better by last night than it was when first proposed.
