Non Essential military to me are positions taken not at high levels who do not have security clearance to learn our secrets. Border patrol, security checks, disaster relief, search, and rescue...not somebody who has access to our hundred million dollar jets and into top-secret missions.
Non-essential was not the proper term, how about basic E1 military rank? |
