U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland sent out a memo that allows the DOJ and FBI to investigate school children parents who threaten school board members especially in light of so many parents not wanting Critical Race Theory taught in schools.
Do parents lose their right to speak at these meetings?
Yes, threatening someone is wrong but if you have ever been to a board meeting, emotions can go thru the roof! Are parents losing their right to stand up for their kids?
If there is a ruckus, local police can handle it. Why threaten them with federal investigations?
