The Covid vaccines have been fully tested and have been proven to be safe. As you said, all vaccines carry some degree of risk. "Safe" does not mean 100% absolute certainty, it means that the incidences of severe side effects, if any, are not statistically significant. If 200 million people take a vaccine and a handful of them in a certain age range have a severe reaction to it, the CDC and FDA will look more closely at that age range, but that doesn't mean the vaccines are not safe, even for people in that age range. |
