I'm pretty sure you can't get immunity for something you're not testifying about. Immunity is a get out of jail free card; it only protects you from prosecution for crimes arising from your testimony. If you committed a crime that is totally unrelated to your testimony, you're still on the hook for that.

Besides, as I said, this wouldn't require testimony - it's a simple yes/no question under oath. Did you request a pardon? It's not necessarily a crime to request a pardon, so what would there be to immunize you against? Technically, you could take the Fifth, but since this is not a criminal case they could use that fact against you later.
