Well on the bright side, let Chicago implode, people will have enough and turn the state red again. They took away school officers as well, they are abandoning their police, taking away bail using electronic monitors, but, if they offend again, it takes 48 hours to go after them. Good luck on that!
I say, send them all the illegals as the cherry on top. IL has always been a mess and never runs correctly and is very corrupt. This demonstrates that exactly.
