Texas Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee (Houston) must believe that she is in some hidden competition to be crowned the stupidest person in America.

She has introduced a bill criminalizing FREE SPEECH (she obviously does not understand the constitution). I guess in an attempt to try to sell her unconstitutional bill (?), she says, "It is very well documented that words nowadays can actually break your bones," ~ Texas Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee.
