Let's start with birth control and make people use it, get it for free, and educate couples/ teens and both genders on getting pregnant. Growing up that was drilled into my head and made sure to be smart enough to use it if I didn't want a baby to raise or could afford one.
The problem starts there, not at the finish line looking for easy outs. jmo |
