Keep up the good work. Grunting and sweating and sometimes pain are all par for the course. Don't give up. It should get easier and less painful.
Congrats on the small (but important) accomplishments! Exercise as much and as frequently as you can. However, be sure to give your body some well-deserved rest as well. ICE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND! Before you know it, you'll be walking around a block and more.
