Yes, I do too...not that kind of survey, but the "experience" from picking up your online order at Walmart or Sam's club...not a product survey. Hurry up get there or stop on the way to a closing and think it's going to be fast, meanwhile, you wait 20 minutes at the customer service desk in line, then wait again while the guy is trying to find it. Then the next few days get that reminder email to take their 3-minute customer service experience survey...Nope, not doing it anymore. Faster to run in buy it and be done with it if they carry it. Most of the time they do not so stuck going this route. Just me . |
