I love your salad concoction and do enjoy most of these items on a regular basis.
I like to make my own salad dressing rather than spending $$ on other people's dressings.
juice of one lemon virgin olive oil provencal herbs minced (real live) garlic, not the bottled stuff a teaspoon of Dijon mustard cut up chives
and VOILA!
It's the best dressing mixed up by hand in a glass measuring cup and poured on the top of the salad. TOSS WELL.
