The impromptu what's-left-in-the-pantry cornbread recipe was cornmeal with oat flour and baking powder, black pepper, smoked paprika (dry ingredients); mixed with rice milk, sriracha, with fresh sage and rosemary from the garden and lots of garlic infused in olive oil (wet ingredients), cooked for about 30 minutes in the Dutch oven (aka cast iron pot). It was pretty good.
