I take zinc, liposomal vit c (better absorption), quercertin along with a host of vitamins of supplements normally.
along with good sleep, best nutrition and exercise. My dad also told me to take some other supplements good for inflammation after I've been around borrowers.
I honestly haven't had a cold in over 30 yrs nor influenza though my mom died in 2003 due to a deadly strain that year but she had diabetes that was not well maintained.
