Kudos to you! Most people find it impossible to do all of the above you listed. Not always their fault as it involves time, energy and resources, though with some effort those may be overcome. Current lifestyles and diets are generally not geared to resist diseases but rather promote them.
I can't help but think how all our grandparents and great-grandparents survived the 1918-19 pandemic. Life was simpler, less stress, better sleep, worked harder, ate simpler among other things.

We too take it, along with other supplements, plus exercise and diet. I personally try to practice whole food plant based eating and had finally made it a lifestyle pre-pandemic. Fell off, getting back on board...
Doctor after doctor have stressed the need to rid inflammation, especially of the inflammation of the endothelium. This will fall on many deaf ears but it's the beginning of a lot of disease. It also appears to be something the above regimen is trying to overcome that could be fortified with improved life-style habits.
