Just about anywhere in Arkansas
Posted by Lee/AR of AR on 3/30/21 1:06pm Msg #32910
From Jasper (Arkansas' answer to the Grand Canyon) to Mammoth Spring. The White River, a diamond mine, cotton fields after harvest look like snow fell--but it's warm. I'm a Chicago transplant and haven't seen as much as I want to yet. It's all very rural...'cept for about a 60 mile radius around LIttle Rock....which does have the Clinton Library (which really does look like a rich person's mobile home--with an infinity pool~~). And the ducks in the fountain of the classy Peabody Hotel is...pretty quirky. If you like hills, valleys & winding roads (and quirky things)...drive Arkansas!
