Which seems to be on everyone's hands these days. I need to get started on renewing my broker's license due by this summer. Comes around every 4 years and has mandatory 45 hours of education plus a chunk of change. Add that to my annual NMLS license of 8 hours continuous ed and another chunk of change. Off to see the Wizard.... |
