We flipped over the weekend to completely whole food plant-based eating. Figured all or nothing. My wife is loving it and feeling great! I lost 2 pounds without trying and eating healthy great tasting food.
You are absolutely right about using herbs and spices to kick things up a few notches. My wife loved having me in the kitchen yesterday as she prepped, and I cooked a great tasting vegetable curry. We had most of the ingredients. It was fairly simple and amazing to smell as it cooked. Served over brown rice with salad on the side.
