Since my business known as Hand Signing was established in 2005 I have successfully completed over nearly 3000 signings which involve all types of R/E transactions including time shares and reverse mortgages as well as structured settlements. I also travel to hospitals and nursing homes. I am familiar with documents and can explain them without giving advice. Years of experience in teaching children with special needs enable me to work effectively with elderly or handicapped individuals. I patiently take the time necessary to make the signor feel at ease but I am also efficient and above all accurate as well as punctual in returning documents.
