I began loan signing in 2000 and was among the first signing agents in the state. I was also among the first to advocate for mandatory training and continuing education. I am certified and screened by the NNA and I carry $100,000 in Errors and Ommissions coverage. I also carry $500,000 in Professional Liability insurance. Nevada is an enormous state covering about 110,000 square miles. I cover most towns in northern Nevada including Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Gardnerville, Minden, and Incline Village. Fees are negotiated prior to signing.
