So my take is two things, there isn’t an actual regulation and two there should be a reissue bg check at a reduced rate!
I have no idea how we could get the xyz co to agree to this but for real we are the only ones (it appears) to being screwed by this best practice,
I remember a log time ago a notrot member went up against their term, something about notary signing agent title and won! Can’t remember who, and can’t remember the exact title he I think hadcopywrited before they started using it. |
