I don't see Premier Lender Solutions nor do I see ExactSign in Signing Central. I did, however, find Msg #165468 from 2006 regarding Premier Lender Solutions.
Then, there's Msg #635915 (from 2021) which mentions them as formerly known as Premier Lender Services LP.
Jules, you're right with a slight correction. IMO, no one should accept any assignment without full payment regardless of whether the signer is available/willing to sign or not. |
