| I find the vagueness/generality/outright deception they often use very annoying. When scheduling, they probably don't know the exact page count, but they sure as heck know the type and range. 20-30 page Mod is way more descriptive (shorter, too) than the too often seen 'only 1 document'--which just happens to be the 18 page mortgage. Am also wary when only the city name is given--location could be anywhere from across the street to an hour away. |
