Wow...I might be sorely tempted to report this to SOME

consumer bureau - this sounds like a total ripoff...

So, they buy the house for, oohhh, $200,000 - they get $50k plus $500 Broker Fee? Then when they sell it for, oohh,, $300,000, they get 6% of that? - Another $18k? Wish I had some capital to back me..I'm in the wrong line of work!
