We all feel your pain. Non payment is theft of services. It doesn't feel good. It is not ethical.
I like the idea of dropping the IRS bomb on deadbeats. The owner of RH services IS the accounting department. She owns her own home. She needs to step up to the plate and pay her notaries who make her world rock!
