I used the language from your first post regarding sending a 1099-C along with a letter to the IRS that could possibly trigger an audit and within two minutes (literally), I got a response. I was to email accounting: "Please send email to accounting with order detail and payment at sduggal@cloudsignings.com".
This is after several invoices, e-mails and voicemails. My signing was November 1, 2023!
I've never given a bad rating to any Signing Service until this one. (I find it hard to talk negatively about anyone.)
I included in my email that they lost out on the incredible opportunity any Signing Service has to build powerful relationships with hardworking, professional Notaries they can use as consistent resources to add value to their company, making all involved wealthier as people and professionals.
When I sent the email to accounting, I again, did a bit of "calling out" that a decent bookkeeper would see their books don't balance and that greed never succeeds.
Anyway. Hope this helps anyone that needs a little info for getting payment from this company.
